At Original Kingdom, every piece is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Original Kingdom products are made only after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce unnecessary waste while creating each piece with purpose.

Because each item is produced on demand, please allow time for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before your order ships.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each item is made with care.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 6–14 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Original Kingdom offers free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal before taxes, discounts, or additional fees unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after your shipping label has been created.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Original Kingdom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@originalkingdom.store.

We will do our best to assist, but once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delayed Orders

While we work to get every order shipped as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to production volume, inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@originalkingdom.store and we will help look into the status of your shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Original Kingdom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building office, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us at support@originalkingdom.store.

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

International Shipping

Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing and local carrier delays.
